A modern detached 3 bedroom cottage, tastefully furnished and decorated in pastel shades and with wonderful views over Loch Duich and the mountains beyond.

Elevated away from the road it is nevertheless easy to find and near to many attractions and the romantic Isle of Skye

The accommodation comprises...

Roomy lounge with fabulous views over Loch Duich containing a cream leather suite with 2 & 3 seater settees and a reclining chair. Other chairs and occasional tables are complimented with discreet lighting and a coal effect electric fire. A 28’’ digital flat screen surround sound TV (Sky+ satellite package) with video player & recorder and a DVD player with CD playing function complete the furniture.

A large dining room with table and chairs seating 6, a settee and overflowing book case and ample reading and standard lighting give an intimate ambience ideal for the family get together after an enjoyable day. Similar views of Loch Duich ensure you don’t miss that exiting glimpse of the wonderful sea mammals that abound in the Loch

The fully fitted kitchen has a plethora of cupboards and equipment including a 4 ring cooker with oven & grill, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and crockery with cutlery etc. and a table with chairs. Double aspect windows reveal views down the Loch as well as across

A well fitted utility room includes a washer dryer, dishwasher and lots of cupboard space.

The master bedroom has a king - size bed, wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps

The second bedroom also has a king-size bed with overhead shelf and reading lamps and a wardrobe

The third bedroom is still roomy with a pair of adult size bunks and ample shelving for clothing etc..

The bathroom houses a bath with electric shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Outside the ample south facing grounds catch the sun all day, have lots of parking space, and the picnic table on the front patio is ideal for that relaxing aperitif prior to dinner. Listen to the 2 burns burbling through the garden on their way to the Loch and sea.

There is a barbecue to the rear with a wrought iron garden table and 6 chairs plus carriage lantern lighting for the darker evenings

We are currently developing the banked back garden to make access easier with steps, decking and eventually a summer house and other attractive features

All towels,bedding and electricity are included and we have tried to include all manner of spares and equipment to make your stay carefree and comfortable. The views and the area will ensure you enjoy a holiday to remember.
